You will:
- Design and implement innovation projects that support startups, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem stakeholders. Your work will span local and global contexts, shaping programs that strengthen innovation ecosystems and entrepreneurial growth;
- Design, develop, and implement innovation projects (e.g., analysing innovation context, organising accelerators, hackathons, and beyond), including co-creating content, frameworks, and funding proposals;
- Scout promising startups and innovators to participate in programs and events;
- Support startups in refining their solutions, fundraising, and building investor connections;
- Deliver consulting projects that strengthen innovation ecosystems locally and internationally;
- Contribute to donor-funded initiatives that foster innovation and entrepreneurship in Estonia, across Europe and beyond;
- Build and expand networks with key players in the innovation ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Creativity and initiative to design and develop impactful innovation projects and write project proposals;
- Excitement about working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Estonian;
- A results-oriented mindset and drive for excellence.
