Job Profile Summary - The Project Manager will be responsible for leading strategic and operational projects within the Integrated Portfolio Services Team in NT, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, risk reduction, and client service excellence. The role requires strong project management expertise, Agile delivery experience, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across global locations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, project governance, and change management, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Job Description - Major Duties :
- Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through implementation and post-production review.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and budget considerations.
- Drive timely resolution of project blockers and escalations.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, technology teams, operations teams, clients, and external partners.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and steering committees.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and project reports.

- 10+ years of project management experience within financial services, operations, technology, or related industries.

Technical & Analytical Skills :-
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
