You will:
- Play a pivotal role in developing compelling business cases , this involves detailed analysis, forecasting, and presenting financial and strategic benefits to stakeholders;
- Research market trends, analyze competitive landscapes, conducting interviews & surveys and propose strategies that leverage digital technologies to achieve business goals;
- Visualise system interactions or data flows;
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements;
- Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of digital transformations and addressing any concerns or objections;
- Apply your knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to map out and analyze current processes;
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest optimizations that align with digital transformation goals;
- Have a clear understanding of how system architectures impact business processes and transformations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Digital Transformation, IT Management, Business, Economics, or a related field;
- At least 3+ year of relevant experience in consulting, digital transformation, public sector reform, or a related analytical role;
- Familiarity with public sector or regulated environments;
- Understanding of software development life cycle;
- Proven experience conducting problem-solving sessions, research, and analysis in complex, multi-stakeholder environments;
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and documentation skills;
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as JIRA or Confluence;
- Process modelling and requirement documentation tools like draw.io or Miro;
- Advanced level of English language and fluent level of in Romanian language(both verbal and written skills).
