Responsibilities

  • Enable sales growth through the AVEVA by driving revenue by qualifying leads
  • Communicating the value proposition of our solutions to prospects or partners, at presentations, industry events, and seminars
  • Contributing to the planning, creation, development, and delivery of demonstrations that prove the value of our solutions
  • Engaging prospects to understand their specific needs and problems, and contributing to the development of appropriate technical solutions
  • Understand the AVEVA portfolio and how to position it
  • Support proof of concepts and/or pilots
  • Contribute to the definition of standardization
  • Obtain and maintain the customer’s confidence and respect as the technical solution expert

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related major
  • Typically, 5 years of experience with AVEVA software products, and 2-5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Presales or Business Development
  • Significant practical experience of the implementation of AVEVA solutions with customers
  • The ability to effectively self-manage and handle multiple, potentially competing commitments at the same time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work alone or with development staff to hands-on develop and present demo applications

Preferred Skills & Collaboration

  • Prospects: Develop good working relationships with clients and always provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism
  • Sales: Work with the Sales team in identifying opportunities, providing support at all levels of engagement, and ensuring throughout those proposed solutions are feasible and in line with AVEVA’s strategic objectives
  • Technical: Work within a dynamic team and show flexibility in the use and development of personal and technical skills to maximize the team’s efficiency
  • Extensive experience providing IT infrastructure support to large user groups that require high-performance connectivity and availability
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior employees
