Senior Consultant- Operations

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Operations team. As a Senior Consultant, you will assume responsibility for one or more project modules or lead smaller projects and contribute to acquisition approaches. From the start, you are considered an entrepreneur in our company. We encourage you to show initiative, think creatively and take responsibility. Typically, your responsibility includes:

• Lead the operational excellence delivery of diagnostics, design and implementation with high quality;
• Interact directly with clients at management level and manage clients at working level
• Partner with and develop client team on operation excellence transformation capability 
• Guide module members - clients and colleagues alike;
• Contribute to acquisition process;
• Lead knowledge codification and approach continuous development;
• Prepare for and hold presentations

• 6+ years consulting related experience / 8+ years operations working experience in any industry;
• Operations related background and in-depth function knowledge preferred, i.e. manufacturing, supply chain, procurement etc.
• Familiar with operational excellence transformation approach and levers including lean and digital
• Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Experience leading operational excellence transformation with proven sustaining impact
• Experience interacting with senior management (written and oral in Chinese and English)
• Ambition to grow consulting as well as technical skills, and a strong work ethic
• Professionalism in attitude and conduct; exhibits honesty and integrity and can build trust with internal teams and stakeholders
