Responsible for executing client engagements centered on improving operations, processes, and financial performance leveraging process automation technology capabilities across a variety of industry sectors and functional areas such as Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Customer Service, and Human Resources. 


WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO: 

Lead process automation projects from inception to completion to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and mitigate risk. 

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define project requirements. 

Develop detailed process automation solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies, creating workflows, and automating repetitive tasks. Configure, test, and deploy automated processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to client operations. 

Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation projects, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides. 

Provide training to clients on implemented solutions, offer ongoing support, and address any issues or improvements as needed. 

Have opportunities to work in various industries, including Healthcare, Life Sciences, Media & Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Products & Retail, and many others. 

Work on critical initiatives with top clients of all types, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. 

Learn and grow by working alongside some of the best Operations and Process Improvement experts in the business, as well as Point B Solutions experts in other areas such as change management, org design, technology, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, data & analytics, and others.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:

Experience: 5+ years of management consulting and hands-on experience in process automation, business process management, or a related field. Prefer candidates with experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence as applied to process automation. 

Technical Skills: Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean Six Sigma. Proficiency in automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, Celonis) and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.). Relevant certification in process automation or related technologies preferred (e.g., Six Sigma, Microsoft Power Platform) are preferred. 

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI are preferred. 

Project Management: Experience managing projects, including scoping, planning, executing, and monitoring, with a track record of successful project delivery. Familiarity with Agile methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). 

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively. 

Client-Focused: Demonstrated experience working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.

B.A. or B.S. degree required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: 

The estimated salary range for this role is $133,000 - $191,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.

 

Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
