What you'll be doing

As a Senior Consultant, Measurement Analytics and Transformation, you will join the Frontline Analytics & Insights team, reporting to the Director, Measurement Analytics and Transformation. This role is a critical contributor to the delivery of actionable analytics, insightful dashboards, and transformation initiatives that support Personal Banking. You will leverage advanced analytics to inform business decisions, optimize performance, and support the evolution of analytics capabilities at CIBC.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you'll succeed

  • Analytics & story telling with data - Design, develop, and deliver streamlined dashboards and executive reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse business stakeholders. Monitor campaign performance and trends, proposing recommendations to address gaps, optimize resources, and drive profitable revenue growth. Conduct ad hoc analyses to address emerging business issues, utilizing a variety of structured and unstructured data sources. Ensure data-driven recommendations are presented in a concise, impactful manner suitable for executive audiences.

  • Consultation & advisory - Act as a thought partner to business leaders, providing advice and recommendations that support business mandate development and enable better, faster decision-making. Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather critical information on management techniques, client issues, strategic priorities, and project requirements.

  • Operational & tactical support - Provide operational and tactical support for the data analytics environment, ensuring the efficient implementation of analytics initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Cross-functional collaboration - Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across strategy  teams, analytics, product, channels, and other internal groups. Liaise with partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and facilitate effective decision-making.

  • Continuous Improvement - Contribute to the transformation from static reporting to self-serve dashboards and proactive insights. Support modernization initiatives that elevate analytics capabilities and operational effectiveness. Support the review, refinement, and development of analytics programs and processes.

Who you are

  • You can demonstrate experience in designing and delivering user-friendly production reports and dashboards for multiple users. Working with large datasets and proficient with analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Databricks, Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau.
