You will:
- Support innovation ecosystem players in their development through organising and managing ecosystem projects: accelerators, hackathons, etc.
- Help startups develop their ideas and solutions, attract funding and reach out to investors;
- Network and build relationships with various ecosystem players;
- Scout startups and individuals with innovative ideas to participate in different programs and events;
- Design agendas and programs for startup ecosystem projects;
- Build innovation ecosystems through consulting projects locally and globally;
- Implement international donor-funded projects related to building the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem in Ukraine as well as support grant-funding project implementation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field is required.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in innovation management, management consulting, accelerator programs, or hackathons is expected.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills have been developed and demonstrated.
- A dynamic team environment is seen as an exciting and motivating workspace.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential for daily communication and collaboration.
- Fluency in Portuguese is required.
- A strong drive for excellence and a commitment to delivering results that add value to the business is essential;
- Ability to work in the office in Porto 3 days/week.
