Senior Consultant, Infrastructure Design - Workplace Technology

ABOUT THE JOB: 

You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming strategic architecture into practical solutions that drive real business value. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving across complex technical landscapes. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Convert architectural strategy and requirements into effective, real-world solution 

• Create clear and detailed design. 

• Identify and address technology and capability gaps 

• Ensure full lifecycle traceability: from requirements to solutions, testing, and benefits realisation 

• Manage complex solution implementations 

• Demonstrate and communicate the value of solutions to stakeholders 

• Develop technology roadmaps that align with business goals 

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences 

• Design solutions for multi-vendor environment 

• Tackle and resolve complex technical challenges 

• Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions 

• Engage and influence stakeholders effectively 

• Recognise and resolve dependencies across multiple initiatives 

• Ensure alignment with governance frameworks, architecture standards, and strategic guardrails such as GS, GIRM, and others 

• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

Your Skills & Experience 
We’d love to hear from you if you bring: 

• 5+ years hands-on technical engineering experience with Microsoft workplace solutions 

• 3+ years in Solution Design across Microsoft Wintel environments 

• Deep expertise in M365 and Azure technologies 

• Awareness of macOS and Mac device management 

• Strong skills in Azure AD, particularly Single Sign-On (SSO) for SaaS user management 

• Proficiency with Microsoft products: Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, and more 

• Experience in modern device management, remote app technologies, and user administration 

• Comfort working in SaaS environments, integrating vendors, data, and security considerations 

• Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills 

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities 

 
Desirable Qualification Requirements 

• Tertiary qualified with a Degree in information technology or similar technology modules 

• Relevant Microsoft Certifications
