You will:
- Coordinate the implementation of a multi-partner European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) project funded under the Digital Europe Programme, ensuring timely delivery of activities, milestones and deliverables;
- Serve as the primary coordination point for a consortia of international partners, facilitating regular communication, meetings, action tracking and issue resolution;
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks and contractual obligations in line with the Grant Agreement, Annotated Grant Agreement and consortium agreements;
- Coordinate periodic reporting, collection of evidence, deliverables and financial information required by the European Commission;
- Ensure compliance with European Commission implementation rules, including eligibility of costs, documentation requirements and audit readiness;
- Support project governance, including preparation of Steering Committee meetings, work plans, internal reporting and decision-making materials;
- Deliver assigned consulting tasks independently within defined methodologies, frameworks and timelines;
- Support implementation and reporting tasks of other multi-partner directly managed EU-funded projects (e.g. Digital Europe Programme, LIFE, CEF Energy, CEF Transport, Innovation Fund, EDF);
- Conduct research, analysis and stakeholder consultations supporting project implementation and future funding opportunities;
- Contribute to proposal development for future European funding opportunities by transferring lessons learned from ongoing projects;
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, consortium partners and European stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing or implementing EU-funded projects under Digital Europe Programme, LIFE, CEF, Horizon Europe, Innovation Fund or EDF;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration, political science, international relations, engineering, management or a related discipline;
- Practical experience working with European Commission Grant Agreements and the Annotated Grant Agreement;
- Experience implementing projects funded under Digital Europe Programme, LIFE, CEF, Horizon Europe, Innovation Fund or EDF;
- Experience preparing periodic technical and financial reports for the European Commission;
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, preferably within international consortia;
- Strong project management, organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously;
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including organising meetings, following up actions and coordinating diverse partners;
- Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills;
- Ability to independently manage tasks, timelines and deliverables while maintaining high quality standards;
- Professional fluency in Slovak and English language (written and spoken).
- Experience with audits or financial/control reviews of EU-funded projects;
- Experience with proposal writing for directly managed EU programmes;
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Planner, Jira, Asana or similar);
- Additional European languages.
