We are currently looking for an analytical, self-motivated Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Paris.
As a Senior Consultant, you will work with our customers and be their advisor and champion best practice in both backend and frontend development of the Board toolkit applications. You’ll work alongside our customers to architect complex planning solutions and other BI and CPM applications guiding the customer from design to Go-Live.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and engineer implementation of the Board BI and CPM solution from requirements and design to mentoring and delivery for FP&A applications
- Involvement in the process, from gathering requirements, through the completion of implementation, according to the project’s needs
- Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams to ensure the successful implementation of retail solutions
- Collaborate with our customers to understand their business needs and requirements, and design solutions that meet their needs
- Manage customer relationships, build trust and credibility, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
- Acquire and maintain deep knowledge and skills of BOARD products and technologies
- Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in BI/CPM and planning; and share that knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues
- Be responsive to customer requirements and mitigate concerns
- Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge and skills
- Be an expert on FP&A processes
Requirements:
- Educational background in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, or any relevant field
- Proven experience in Transformation Project Implementations preferrable within the retail industry, CPG or manufacturing
- Experience with multi-dimensional systems (eg: TM1, Anaplan, Tagetik, Oracle Essbase, Hyperion Planning, SAP BPC, etc.)
- Experience with Cloud solutions
- Familiarity with SQL and ODBC data source connections will be a plus
- Able to work against very tight target dates in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Availability to travel, mainly domestically
- PM certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, PMP will be considered a plus
- Fluency in French and English is required
