Workday’s Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) Industry team’s main purpose is to deliver Workday’s consulting services and build an outstanding customer experience by delivering engaging and innovative consulting services. Job Description

The Financial Services & Insurance Industry (FSI) Senior Financials Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Financials solution for our FSI customers and help establish and champion best practices for all FSI deployments. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience within the FSI Industry in General Ledger, Consolidations, Allocations, Currency Revaluations and Translations. Additionally, candidate should have an understanding of financial touch points to Projects, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Assets. 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Become an expert in the Workday Financials product suite

  • Provide FSI Industry perspective for customer business requirements

  • Ensure FSI Industry best practices are maintained to reflect new industry requirements and trends

  • Perform the following on an engagement: understand client business requirement

  • Serve as a mentor for new Financial Consultants

  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday FSI Industry best practices

  • Ensure the client is referenceable once the client is in production

  • Participate in update training and other events that help share one’s product skills with other consultants

About You

Basic Qualifications

P- 4

  • 5 years FSI industry - ERP Implementations

  • General Ledger, Consolidations, Allocations, Currency Revaluations and Translations Implementations experience

  • Financial touchpoints to Projects, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Assets Experience

  • Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

P - 5

  • 7 years FSI industry - ERP Implementations

  • General Ledger, Consolidations, Allocations, Currency Revaluations and Translations Implementations experience

  • Financial touchpoints to Projects, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Assets Experience

  • Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

  • Experience with Workday Accounting Center

  • Workday Deployment Experience

  • Expertise in strategic business consulting, including market analysis, financial acumen, and strategic planning, to drive organizational growth and performance, is strongly desired.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD


 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,000 USD - $197,300 USD
