- Responsible for deliverables for multiple projects and accounts, ensuring timely and quality execution.
- Act as a key point of contact for functional consultants, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Participate in and contribute to the implementation, upgrade, and optimization of CTRM/ETRM platforms such as Allegro and Endur.
- Ensure the effective utilization of ValueCreed’s Run SmartTM managed services to enhance clients' CTRM solutions.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
- 6 to 12 years of experience in the ETRM/CTRM domain.
- Proven experience with CTRM/ETRM platforms such as Allegro or Endur.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
