We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Consulting team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
We will count on you to:
Conduct risk evaluation surveys of clients’ assets to identify and assess facility risk exposures to occupants and assets.
Perform regular site risk inspections and routine safety audits to evaluate risk-related conditions.
Conduct risk identification and gap analyses on clients’ assets, safety provisions, working environments, and building services systems, comparing them against local Hong Kong regulations and codes of practice and/or global standards such as NFPA. Provide recommendations to address any non-compliance issues, where applicable.
Conduct site measurements of environmental data, including but not limited to ventilation rates, illuminance, and floor conditions.
Prepare reports summarizing survey findings and site visit information.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet agreed deadlines and submission requirements.
Address clients’ engineering- and risk-related questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Property Management, Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent is an advantage
Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, property, safety or facility management
Familiarity with building services systems or fire protection systems
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
Strong problem-solving skills
