Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Consultant - Digital.
Based in Australia, you will deliver main components of consulting engagements, drawing on both industry expertise and problem-solving skills. You'll work with Managers and above to lead analyses, design client solutions, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:1. Client Delivery:
- Lead workstreams or complex deliverables from definition through completion.
- Perform structured analyses, facilitate workshops, and develop client-ready deliverables.
- Engage directly with client to gather insights and communicate findings.
- Anticipate risks, dependencies, and client concerns; manage daily client interactions within engagement scope.
2. Knowledge & Capability Development:
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership, methodologies, and service offerings.
- Support capability building within the team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Coach and review work from junior team members.
3. Collaboration:
- Work with teams, geographies, and disciplines to deliver
- Help identify opportunities to expand engagements or build client value.
- Contribute to engagement planning, estimation, and solution shaping.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 4 years' experience of consulting or applicable industry experience
- Manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on automation and controls
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time
- MBA or Advanced Degree
- Expertise in process control systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI platforms
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) frameworks
- Hands-on experience with asset management and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies
- Knowledge of OT data management, including data historians, edge computing, and integration with IT systems
- Experience to lead automation projects from concept through commissioning·
- Familiarity with ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards for manufacturing systems integration
- Experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments
