Kroll Decision Intelligence team combines commercial insight, technical know-how and analytical problem-solving skills to support our clients’ transactions and broader strategic decisions.

We are looking to hire a Senior Consultant with strong proficiency across financial model development, model audits, and advanced analytics tools like Python, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL Server to help scale our Decision Intelligence team. The role will focus on delivering industry‑ and sector‑specific solutions across financial services, consumer, retail, and healthcare, while also contributing to the development of automation tools that support decision‑making, data‑driven insights, and optimization models used in service delivery. 

This, being a core client facing delivery role, offers global exposure of working with other Kroll colleagues, across industries and competencies, with interesting client interactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing financial models in Excel and VBA

  • Reviewing financial models

  • Driving insight through data analytics using tools such as SQL server, Power BI

  • Able to handle large data volumes using latest data tools

  • Utilizing statistical tools to interpret data sets to identify trends and patterns

  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams across regions and coordinate b/w the core functional and technology teams

  • Stakeholder management

  • Preparation of demo tools to a standard that can be shared directly with clients

  • Direct client engagement delivery

  • A strong work initiative, high-energy level, and ability to adapt to new challenges and concepts, including a proactive approach and capacity to perform multiple workstreams and tasks

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, including robust communication skills

  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant work experience

  • An accounting or other financial professional qualification

  • Minimum 4 -6 years of work experience where you have demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, such as in audit, transactions or financial modelling in industry

  • Strong experience in building and reviewing financial and business models to support strategic planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, mergers and acquisitions and business case development

  • Experienced in Power BI, Alteryx, SQL Server including data collection, analysis and presentation

  • Hands‑on proficiency in Python for analytics / modelling, with practical application in a business context

  • Ability to design and implement automation and analytics solutions to enhance efficiency and insight generation

  • Comfortable working with large, complex datasets, ensuring data integrity, transparency, and auditability

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationships skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Flexibility to travel, as needed
