Pour renforcer notre équipe de consultants analytiques dans notre département International Customer Success  Tech & Durable, nous recherchons actuellement notre futur Consultant Customer Success Senior F/H.

En tant que Consultant(e) Customer Success votre poste s’articulera autour de deux dimensions : une dimension analytique pour répondre au mieux aux différentes demandes des clients, et une dimension « relation client».

 

Missions

  • Vous développez une expertise des marchés, vous vous assurez de la pertinence des analyses et recommandations proposées et livrées aux services marketing et ventes des grands acteurs du marché, vous identifiez des besoins et concevez des solutions sur mesure, et vous participez à la vente.
  • Service quotidien au client sur l’utilisation de la donnée issue du panel de distributeurs, et des outils annexes au panel, et participation à des projets de développement à vocation du client :
  • Vous développez une expertise marché sectorielle : dynamique de marché, des marques, des canaux de distribution
  • Vous consultez le client afin de l’aider à tirer le meilleur profit des données : connaissance du panel, indicateurs de performance, rapports livrés
  • Vous effectuez des analyses et traduisez les briefs clients en présentations expertes et recommandations concrètes, dédiées à des populations marketing et ventes
  • Vous collaborez avec les équipes de ventes GfK ainsi qu’avec les départements en charge des autres solutions (consommateurs, optimisation d’actions marketing) et participez à l’identification de besoins clients et d’opportunités de ventes
  • Vous participez à l’adoption par le client de notre nouvel outil d’analyse digital

 

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d’une formation bac+ 5 et d’une expérience de 3 ans environ dans les études de marché
  • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais oral et écrit
  • Vous entretenez un bon relationnel clients
  • Vous êtes doté de solides compétences analytiques – évaluées par un cas pratique
  • Rigoureux, vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres
  • Curieux, vous savez être force de proposition et aimez travailler au développement de nouveaux produits et projets
  • Vous savez travailler en autonomie
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils Informatique (MS Office, etc)

Skills Required

  • Bac+5 education level
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in market studies
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong analytical skills, assessed through a practical case
  • Proficient in IT tools such as MS Office
