As a trusted partner to many of Australia's leading lenders, we're looking for a Senior Consultant. You will report to Director of Consulting and help large enterprise clients solve complex challenges that span across credit risk, analytics, decisioning, fraud prevention and customer management.

What you'll do:
As a Senior Consultant, you'll work with clients, sales, product and delivery teams to provide expert guidance and help organisations maximise value from Experian's solutions.
Partner with clients and support growth
- Be a trusted advisor to major clients across banking and financial services.
- Help clients solve challenges and achieve strategic goals using data, analytics and decisioning solutions.
- Support client presentations, proposals, RFIs and RFPs.
- Partner with Sales teams to develop account and sector growth plans.
- Represent Experian at industry events, client forums and advisory boards.
Bring the voice of the customer to Experian
- Share market insights and competitive intelligence with team members.
- Collaborate with Product, Technical Pre-Sales and Commercial teams to enhance existing solutions and identify new opportunities.
- Help shape future offerings based on client needs and industry trends.
Promote customer success
- Partner with delivery teams to help clients realise value from Experian's products, data and services.
- Strengthen client engagement through governance meetings, analytics and solution adoption activities.
- Support long-term client relationships through proactive consulting and expertise.

- Experience within banking, financial services, credit bureaus, consulting or a related industry.
- 10+ years of experience with credit risk, customer management, collections and lending environments.
- Understanding of decisioning platforms, credit bureau products, analytics or data-driven solutions.
- 5+ years of experience designing or implementing solutions that improve customer, risk or commercial outcomes.
- Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect, including engagement with senior leaders.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to articulate business value and return on investment.
- A collaborative mindset with the flexibility to work effectively across diverse teams and customer groups.
