Our Commercial Team is paramount in helping to build our business with a focus on increasing our revenues and profitability across the globe. This group collaborates with Senior Leadership to identify strategic sales and growth opportunities cross-domain and geography and to ensure a smooth process from inception to signed contract with a focus on commercial excellence.
About the Role
Responsibilities
This is a key position with the Commercial Team that carries considerable responsibility for business growth and increased revenues across our Canadian business. Our team is responsible for the shaping and closure of complex transactions that are key to the growth of Capco and we are looking for a senior level professional (previous experience with Capco as a Consultant or Senior Consultant) to join us.
You will be at the forefront of our most significant client opportunities, leading the commercial strategy and execution of key deals that drive our Canadian business forward. This is your chance to:
- Take end-to-end ownership of major commercial opportunities
- Develop compelling pricing strategies and business cases
- Lead commercial negotiations for MSAs and statements of work
- Shape value propositions that resonate with clients
- Work directly with our Senior Leadership Team
- Drive profitability initiatives across key accounts
Show Us What You’ve Got
The ideal candidate brings:
- Experienced previous Capco Consultant or Senior Consultant with a level of commercial/deal management experience
- Strong financial acumen and advanced Excel expertise
- Deep understanding of banking and financial services
- Experience in sell-side transactions
- Outstanding communication and influence skills
- Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance education or background
- Language of work is English, candidate must have strong written/spoken skills in English
