We’re looking for a Power BI Specialist with a passion for leveraging data to drive business transformation.
What you will do
Based in Copenhagen, you will help clients across Europe harness the full potential of their data through interactive dashboards, robust data models, and actionable analytics. While you will play a key role in advising and guiding clients on high-level strategies, your primary focus will be on hands-on Power BI development and deployment.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and optimise Power BI dashboards
- Translate complex business requirements into well-structured data models
- Build interactive Power BI dashboards that provide clear insights and foster data-driven decision-making
- Implement best practices for data modelling, DAX calculations, and performance optimisation
- Integrate data from multiple sources
- Work with diverse data sets – spanning on-premises and cloud environments – to create unified, user-friendly views
- Establish and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability
- Consult on data and analytics strategy
- Collaborate with clients to define their data and analytics goals, aligning Power BI solutions with broader business objectives
- Provide input on governance, architecture, and ethical considerations for data-driven initiatives
- Support AI-driven insights
- Partner with AI specialists to embed predictive analytics and machine learning outputs into Power BI dashboards
- Advise on data readiness for AI projects and ensure the seamless integration of AI-driven insights
- Drive stakeholder engagement
- Gather requirements, offer training, and conduct workshops to upskill clients on Power BI usage
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive teams and business leaders
- Project management
- Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables using structured methodologies
- Communicate progress effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for individuals with:
- Technical expertise
- Hands-on experience in Power BI development (data modelling, DAX, and visualisation best practices)
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other relevant languages is a plus
- Analytical mindset
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Comfort working with complex data sets and deriving actionable insights
- Communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus), with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Consultative approach
- Some experience (or strong interest) in management consulting, ensuring you can advise on strategic data initiatives as well as deliver hands-on solutions
- Flexibility and mobility
- Willingness to travel within Europe to collaborate with diverse clients and teams
