The Role

This position is contingent on a contract award.

Leads consulting projects, directs teams, applies expertise to develop solutions, ensures project success, provides diverse consulting services, contributes to deliverables, facilitates client meetings, and utilizes specialized knowledge for various tasks.

  • Serves as project lead of a specific consulting assignments, to include leading a team of consultants or subject matter experts.

  • Applies practical experience and theoretical knowledge and expertise to solution development. Ensures the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.

  • Provides a broad range of consulting services, including program planning, strategy development, program execution, evaluation, and policy development.

  • Utilizes experience and expertise to contribute to the development of deliverables.

  • Leads or assists in discussions and meetings with the client or project team.

  • Performs a variety of tasks that require both practical and experience and theoretical, state-of-the-art, technical knowledge in specialty areas.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Other Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Master’s degree required.
10+ years of experience in project management.
Ability to travel at short notice.
Knowledge of project management practices and methodologies.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
Ability to develop and maintain multiple project plans.
Facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to plan, organize, schedule, direct, control, and monitor project activities.

$93,955

Salary Maximum:

$159,725

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
