Senior Consultant, Analytics Implementations

As a Senior Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the analytics strategy. You will report to the Manager, Analytics Implementations and will focus on acting as the principal technical authority, mentoring both entry level consultants and staff consultants, as well as translating complex data architectures into clear business value. 

• You will serve as the lead technical strategist and storyteller, translating complex data solutions into clear, executive-level narratives about business value and risk. 

• You will help design and oversee the end-to-end analytics strategy for our most complex clients. 

• You will act as the principal technical liaison between our team and senior client stakeholders, fostering partnerships built on strategic guidance. 

• You will help support and mentor entry level and staff consultants, teaching them not just the "how" of implementation, but the "why" behind our consulting methodologies. 

• You will solve the toughest technical challenges, acting as the final escalation point for complex debugging, configuration, and architectural issues.

Requirements: 

• You will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics, with a proven track record of leading complex analytics implementation projects. 

• You will have an understanding of the consulting process, able to influence senior stakeholders and help shape a client's long-term data strategy. 

• You will have an expert-level command of analytics implementation and data architecture, used to solve complex challenges and foresee potential issues. 

• You will have proficiency with select platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Adobe, GA4) and their underlying technologies (JavaScript, APIs, SDKs). 

• You will have a passion for teaching and a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent. 

• Comfortable presenting findings and providing training on analytics tool usage 

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) 

• Experience with tag auditing tools such as Fiddler, Charles, ObservePoint, etc. 

Additional Information:

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
