Our Software Infrastructure team supports a diverse range of shared tooling. We support technologies that enhance the developer experience, provide configuration management, and CI/CD tooling. Allowing our teams to deliver best-in-class software solutions. We are looking for a Configuration Engineer to grow and mature our DevSecOps processes. Your main area of focus will be supporting and maintaining our Secrets as a Service platform. You will help us improve our DevSecOps processes both on premise and in the cloud. You have a passion for learning and helping your customers adopt creative and secure solutions.
This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Three years of experience with Secrets Management using Hashicorp Vault or similar Secrets Management tooling.
- BA/BS Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree. Work experience maybe substituted.
- Personal and professional alignment with Expeditors’ culture and ten critical success factors.
- Experienced problem solver, strong collaborator, and demonstrated ability to provide clarity around complex topics to a diverse audience.
- Experience with DevSecOps, Lean, Agile and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Excellent customer service skills and high customer service standards.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting Secrets Management Enterprise solutions
- Experience supporting with on premise and cloud-based applications and servers
- Experience supporting enterprise solutions at scale.
- 3+ years development experience using modern DevOps tooling
- Experience working with APIs, setting up namespaces, authentication and authorization
- Track record of innovation and efficiency improvements.
- Creating and supporting CI/CD pipelines
- Writing and automating tests
- Collaboratively supporting and enabling developer and infrastructure customer teams
- Designing and implementing resilient infrastructure services
- X.509 certificate management and managing certificates-as-a-service
- Proven track record with automation and systems integration
- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code applications
- Past exposure or experience with any of the following tools
- Automation tooling such as Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub, Docker, Puppet
- Databases such as DB2, SQL Server, Postgres or MongoDB

Additional InformationExpected base salary: $120,000 to $175,000
