We are seeking an accomplished Senior Compliance Manager to to join our Finance, Legal and Regulatory team. You’ll work directly with the Head of Risk & Compliance, supporting ClearScore’s development of innovative new products by providing expert advice to the business. You’ll ensure that we’re operating in line with applicable regulations and our internal policies and procedures.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Engage and Advise: Providing expert advice on complex Compliance topics to support the business with new initiatives, in the UK and internationally,
  • Investigate and Monitor: Responding to any irregularities or instances of non-compliance. Monitoring compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies,
  • Learn and Train: Keeping up to date with relevant laws and regulations, and training employees on these where required,
  • Collaborate and Contribute: Working closely with other departments to create a culture of compliance, and ensuring there are robust and effective controls within the organisation,
  • Support Governance: Leading on general administrative duties (such as policy writing or process creation).

Skills we’d love you to have:

  • 3+ years Compliance experience at an FCA regulated business, with great knowledge of the FCA Handbook. Bonus points if you have direct experience with CONC.
  • Experience in a similar environment. Ideally having worked at a FinTech or other fast-paced environment. You’ll be expected to work autonomously and at pace.
  • The ability and desire to learn new topics and expand knowledge into additional areas of regulatory compliance.
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent proactive stakeholder management. We’d love for you to have extensive experience dealing with internal teams (such as Product, Engineering or Commercial).

Our Hybrid Model

  • Levels 1-5: Minimum 2 days per week in-office
  • Level 6 and above: Minimum 3 days per week in-office
