The Job:
As the Senior Compliance Engineer you’ll be part of our Compliance Team and will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet global regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will lead compliance activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the company in external and internal forums. Your expertise will directly impact product safety, market access, and organizational excellence.
You’ll get to:
Coordinate and execute product certifications and safety tests with external approval bodies.
Oversee and ensure compliance with EU directives and regulatory requirements.
Lead projects and conduct internal training on compliance topics.
Actively participate in standardization committees, representing company interests.
Provide technical guidance on EN/IEC standards to engineering, production, and test teams.
Manage external compliance issues and drive continuous improvement of internal processes.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferably Electrical Engineering) or equivalent qualification.
Experience in the field of electronics is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of EU product legislation and regulatory requirements.
Experience in product development, testing, or related fields are desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
