Alfa Laval is currently on a journey where we continue building a global HR service center in Krakow, Poland, streamlining our processes ensuring an efficient and effective total HR delivery. In this position you will be responsible for supporting annual processes and projects within compensation and benefits, working closely with our Global Compensation & Benefit Team and HRBPs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis, deliver and present conclusions

  • Support global compensation projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion

  • Participate in end-to-end annual salary review process in Workday

  • Manage end-to-end annual administrative process for STI and LTI schemes

  • Analyze and update salary structures

  • Coordinate annual compensation planning process

  • Coordinate the annual management of the living wage analysis and other legal/reporting requirements

  • Support Regional C&B Managers and Process Owners in global initiatives and projects

  • Ensure Workday HCM system is 100% up to date during any time of the year with regards to compensation components

  • Keep process documentation up to date

  • Designing and leading trainings (presentations) for HR and managers

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits area in an international environment

  • Experience in end-to-end compensation processes (e.g. compensation planning, salary review, pay structures)

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail, number oriented

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools

  • Experience in Workday system is a plus

  • Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, develop and take own responsibility to deliver excellent service and support

  • Strong communication skills, being able to adapt communication to all seniority levels

  • Spoken and written fluency in English
