We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Products Team at Mercer in Manila. This role will be based in BGC, Taguig, and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office.
In this role, you will contribute to the growth of both existing and new Career business by managing and delivering Total Remuneration and Benefits Surveys, working closely with clients, operations, and regional teams. You will work with a diverse range of clients on consulting projects, providing support in compensation structure design, benefits benchmarking and review, incentive design, job evaluation as well as analyzing market trends, best practices, and labor regulations.
In addition to survey delivery and consulting support, you will play an active role in driving business growth by identifying client needs, positioning appropriate solutions, and supporting revenue generation across the Career portfolio.
We will count on you to:
Manage industry surveys related to marketing, data management, and survey delivery by working closely with the Regional Industry Survey team, Operations, and the Client Solutions Team (CST) survey operations.
Optimize the use of survey data through effective presentation of survey results and by training clients on the use of the online survey tool (WIN).
Establish rapport with existing and prospective clients by professionally addressing their inquiries to ensure high-quality services and client satisfaction.
Provide support in establishing networks and developing new business and markets by introducing other services and products to increase revenue. Upsell other Mercer workforce products (TRS/TRD/MBM, publications, mobility, etc.) and identify cross-LOB opportunities.
Provide support to senior consultants and business leader on consulting projects (compensation structure design, benefits benchmarking and review, incentive design, job evaluation, competency framework design, performance management, employee engagement surveys, focus group discussions, etc.).
Contribute 5%-10% to the Career revenue target.
What You Need to Have
4–6 years of experience in HR consulting, total rewards, compensation, performance management, or related disciplines.
Strong experience delivering compensation or workforce strategy projects in a client-facing environment.
Ideally with experience in business development or sales within a consulting or professional services environment.
Experience carrying or contributing to revenue targets and supporting or closing new business opportunities.
Proven ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and translate discussions into revenue-generating engagements.
Proven ability to manage consulting deliverables independently under tight timelines.
Advanced Excel skills and experience handling survey or market data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
