Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant.
In this role, you will:
- Develop, drive, and implement compensation strategies
- Establish compensation programs and solutions
- Oversee compensation analytics to support a large, complex business within a division, ensuring alignment with key organizational goals
- Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and middle level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
- 4+ years of Compensation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Compensation, preferably in a Banking Industry
- Strategic thinking and good business judgment.
- Knowledge and understanding of compensation strategies for highly complex business groups.
- Highly effective consultative mindset with credibility through demonstrating strong business and data driven acumen, passion for customer service and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated skills in influencing and navigating across a complex, highly matrixed global organization with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment.
- Strong communication skills. This includes the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proactive control and risk management, addressing gaps in processes and escalating issues to benefit the business and clients in a dynamic environment.
