Your Future Role
In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of the GGH ( both The Giorgi Companies and CANPACK) Compensation & Benefits architecture and support key global HR processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of Compensation & Benefits architecture by:
Monitoring labour market trends and remuneration reports
Playing an operational role in the compensation review process
Cooperating in defining salary ranges across GGH
Evaluating jobs in line with the Grading Governance policy
- Analysing market competitiveness of local and global benefits policies
- Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of compensation systems and recommending improvements
- Submitting data to market data providers and coordinating benefits data reporting
- Proposing compensation packages aligned with business strategy
- Ensuring compliance of remuneration regulations with applicable laws
- Administering and configuring Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules
- Preparing ad-hoc reports and analyses
- Collaborating with HR Teams globally and other GGH units
- Ensuring compliance with data protection, internal regulations and legal requirements
Qualifications and Education
Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, Mathematics, or Statistics (Master’s degree preferred)
5–10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits
Skills & Knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Advanced statistical and data analysis capabilities
In-depth knowledge of compensation practices and job evaluation methodologies (Mercer IPE, Korn Ferry Hay Group)
Advanced MS Excel skills (Power Pivot, advanced formulas such as median functions)
Experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Customer-oriented mindset and team player attitude
Fluency in English and Spanish.
