Position Summary

Collaborates with the design, analysis, implementation, and management of broad-based compensation programs. Partners with cross-functional partners to drive pay decisions that are externally competitive, internally equitable, and legally compliant.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Consults the business by providing ongoing compensation support on strategic projects and ad hoc requests.
  • Conducts and reviews job evaluations with functional leaders to evaluate and price new and existing jobs.
  • Advises on off-cycle pay increases, promotional adjustments, and other pay-related changes.
  • Supports the annual merit cycle and variable pay programs, including project managing year-end processes, performing system configuration and testing, and assisting HR partners with merit and bonus-related questions.
  • Develops and maintains job descriptions and job architecture.
  • Sets up, maintains, and manages job-related data in applicable systems.
  • Participates in annual compensation surveys, including gathering and submitting company data to survey providers.
  • Trains and educates internal stakeholders on compensation best practices and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of compensation experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compensation management software.
