Job Description
The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's compensation strategy. The Senior Compensation Analyst plays an integral role in the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication, with a primary focus on base pay, incentives, recognition, and equity. This position will play a significant role in supporting the aggressive growth and performance of USACS. Reports to the Director of Compensation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for overall analysis of compensation plans from a cost, competitiveness, and employee impact perspective
- Design, implement, and administer compensation programs including base pay, incentives, annual compensation planning, and market analysis
- Provide leadership and training to business managers with regards to compensation processes and tools
- Serve as main contact for day-to-day compensation matters; escalate issues to VP of Total Rewards as needed
- Develop communication plans related to compensation programs including annual merit and bonus programs
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure appropriate budgets and accruals are set for compensation programs
- Conduct job evaluations to appropriately assess roles in the context of external market value, internal equity, and USACS’ organizational mission/philosophy
- Assist with compensation planning to support the strategic business needs for individual client groups and well as organizational needs
- Continual monitor the marketplace to ensure programs are competitive and appropriately positioned
- Collaborate cross-functionally on both internal and external offers; make recommendations for review with the Director of Compensation
- Perform other duties as required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box
- Strong knowledge of compensation programs and laws including base and variable pay
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Attentive to detail, follow-up; deadline oriented; very strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or HR required
- 5+ years of progressive responsibility in compensation design, analysis, and administration
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Workday experience preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 pounds.
- Required to have close visual acuity to perform the job
Salary Range:
$78,566.00 - $145,347.00
Salary may be determined on several factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographical location and requirements stated in job description.
