Job DescriptionAs a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will advise HR and business leaders on compensation strategies that support Experian's talent and business goals. You will use market data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to help develop competitive and equitable compensation programs. You will also help ensure programs align with company policies and compensation regulations.
This is a remote position. You will report to the Senior Compensation Director.
You will have opportunity to:
- Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation decisions, market practices, and business needs.
- Analyze market and economic trends and recommend updates to compensation programs.
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve compensation analysis, reporting, processes, and workforce insights.
- Evaluate new and revised roles and recommend salary grades within the company's job structure.
- Help plan and administer base pay, incentive, and executive compensation programs.
- Monitor federal, state, and local compensation requirements, including wage and hour and equal pay regulations.
- Develop compensation training and communication materials for HR teams and people managers.
- Partner with the Global Total Rewards team on company-wide compensation and rewards programs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of compensation or comparable experience, including market analysis, job evaluation, salary administration, and stakeholder consultation.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity, analytics, or research tools to analyze data and support recommendations.
- Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour and equal pay regulations.
- Experience presenting compensation analysis and recommendations to multiple levels of management.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using HR or compensation systems.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
