What you will do
As the Senior Project Communication Manager within Stryker’s Employee Communications team you will help build and maintain the connections behind enterprise employee communications, platforms and content workflows.
In this role, you will help connect people, platforms and processes so teams can move content from idea to delivery with greater clarity, coordination and impact. You will support communication intake, planning, execution and governance while partnering across Employee Communications, business stakeholders and channel owners to keep work moving with purpose.

- Support the setup, adoption, optimization and governance of communications planning tools, content management systems and related processes, including documentation, training, user support and best practices.
- Manage communication project plans, timelines, priorities, dependencies, milestones and deliverables, proactively tracking risks, approvals and follow-up actions while helping remove barriers to execution.
- Coordinate communication initiatives across Employee Communications team members, subject matter experts, designers, vendors, channel owners and business partners to ensure alignment, accountability and on-time delivery
- Support planning and execution of enterprise-wide and function-specific communications, including change initiatives, tool rollouts, policy updates, programs and process improvements, while considering audience, channel and timing requirements.
- Develop and maintain communication materials, templates, intake processes, editorial standards, metadata frameworks and governance documentation that promote consistency, quality and an aligned employee experience.
- Gather and analyze communication metrics, employee feedback and channel performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness, workflows and communication outcomes.
- Champion a consistent employee experience across regions and functions by bringing structure, coordination and continuous improvement to communications that support business priorities and transformation efforts.
