As a Senior Communications Manager, you will help drive the corporate communications strategy forward, advise senior leaders on effective communications, and inspire effective and collaborative communications that amplify our purpose-driven brand inside and outside the company, leading to greater impact across North America. Additionally, you will:
- Organize, inspire, and drive effective and collaborative communications campaigns inside and outside the company that align with our strategy and goals related to corporate sustainability, thought leadership and employer brand.
- Be a trusted advisor and provide strategic communication counsel to internal stakeholders, particularly at the senior level, solve communications challenges and recommend solutions regarding brand building, thought leadership and employee engagement.
- Raise the bar on communications across the company, upleveling the skills and abilities of senior leaders, subject matter experts and other team members.
- Proactively identify industry trends and new approaches to drive improvements to communications programs, approaches and tools based on insights, best practices and business objectives.
- Measure the impact of communications activities and use data to make decisions on future communications.
- Write, edit and manage a variety of external communications, including articles, blogs, press releases and social media to convey a consistent and positive corporate image.
- Collect, write and edit stories and examples from around the company to inspire our internal and external audiences on the impact of our work.

We’re Excited About You Because Of Your…
- 7+ years of Corporate Communications experience, internal and external, specifically in medium to large high growth companies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with superb ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
- Exceptional project management skills, ability to manage a large workload with tight deadlines while being an enthusiastic team player who works well cross-functionally with many partner teams.
- Considerable knowledge of communications trends, best practices and emerging approaches, and prior experience using mediums and methods to engage internal and external audiences
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail. High energy, sense of urgency, entrepreneurial attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Highly skilled at applying intuition, leaning in, and asking questions to better understand, and quickly connecting the dots across various initiatives and teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to respond quickly and gracefully to shifting priorities
- Extensive skills with Microsoft Office 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
