Job Description

One of our premier clients is seeking a seasoned Senior Communications Lead to champion successful communication for its large-scale transformation initiatives in their Enterprise Transformation Office. In this role, the individual will develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy and develop communications ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent messaging across all channels. 

Project Length: 6 months plus

Location: Remote- East Coast Perferred

Compensation: This role will compensate between $105-$110/HR 1099 or $85-$90/HR W2T depending upon years of experience, education, and relevant certifications. 

Responsibilities 

  • Partner with ETO leadership and specific project teams to craft compelling narratives that explain the "why" and "how" of the transformation including a significant ERP implementation.
  • Manage internal communication channels, keeping employees informed about progress and updates.
  • Create a variety of communication materials like presentations, reports, FAQs, and intranet content.
  • Liaison with stakeholders from each business unit to co-create messaging that is tailored to their needs.
  • Proactive identification and addressing of potential communication roadblocks and negative perceptions are crucial aspects of this role.
  • Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies for complex large-scale transformation initiatives, (preferably SAP S/4HANA ERP implementations) is desired.
  • A strong understanding of change management principles and experience communicating during organizational transformations is essential.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences, are a must.
  • Experience with a variety of communication channels, including digital media, social media, and traditional media relations, is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously are crucial.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels are key.
