Position overview:

We’re looking for a senior-level designer to join the Snoonu Design team at our Doha HQ – someone who brings clarity, boldness, and consistency to our communications across marketing, brand and product.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams from our vibrant Qatar office, helping shape how Snoonu looks and feels across all channels – from bold campaigns and digital assets to social media, presentations, and branded content. Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution across digital and print: 360 campaigns, presentations, ads, social media, and more.
  
• Collaborate on-site with marketing, product, content, and growth teams to translate business needs into powerful visual communication.
  
• Take ownership of design projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet brand standards and business goals.
  
• Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers.
  
• Maintain consistency of our visual identity across all customer and partner touchpoints.
  
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
  
• Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
  
• Liaise with local vendors and production partners when needed (e.g. printers, photographers, freelancers).

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic or communication design.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing 360 campaigns, branding, digital assets, and print work.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and other relevant tools.
  
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and work collaboratively across departments.
  
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  
• Confidence using AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, and similar to enhance creative processes.
  
• English proficiency B2 or higher. Russian is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on offline events — including event branding, spatial design, and visual communication in physical environments.
  
• Experience with 3D tools (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D, Octane, Redshift).
  
• Familiarity with startup or tech environments.
  
• Knowledge of product or web design principles.
  
• Prior experience in fast-paced industries such as FMCG, e-commerce, delivery, or marketplaces.
