Analyst, Sales Commissions will be responsible for assisting with sales compensation design, administering commissions plans, processing payments, and performing sales analytics. This position will involve developing close partnerships with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support system, data or process needs that can drive revenue growth
- Execute incentive plans using commissions tool to automate commission calculation and payment
- Streamline commissions process and manage implementation of necessary solutions
- Collaborate with Finance and Business Applications teams to establish and ensure standards for commissions system data quality (load, data hygiene, data integration)
- Ensure timely distribution and acceptance of quota letters and quarterly sales certification letters
- Assist with annual planning and quota setting and provide support for quota and/or commission adjustments and relevant exceptions
- Analyze and prepare quarterly and annual reports that detail sales performance to assess effectiveness of current incentive plans
- Provide support to auditors for SOX commission process and testing
- Generate and maintain detailed documentation of policies and processes

- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation administration
- Proficiency using a sales compensation management system
- Experience in supporting a global sales team at a public SaaS company
- Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in Xactly would be beneficial
