The Senior Commercial Operations Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the operational efficiency of commercial functions within Nawy Real Estate. This position is responsible for optimizing processes, driving performance improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives that align with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop workflows and standard operating procedures across commercial operations to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive operational excellence and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue generation through process improvement.
- Facilitate training and development sessions for team members to enhance skills and knowledge related to commercial operations.
- Manage projects aimed at improving operational performance and aligning with organizational goals.
- Support the development of commercial strategies and ensure their effective implementation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in commercial operations, applying insights to improve processes.
Requirements
