What your day-to-day will look like- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with global clients and strategic business partners.
- Provide legal support throughout contract negotiations, balancing legal risk with business objectives.
- Partner closely with commercial and cross-functional teams, offering legal guidance on strategic initiatives and day-to-day business matters.
- Identify legal risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions to support EBANX's growth.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring legal consistency and operational efficiency.
- Support the continuous improvement of legal processes, templates, and best practices within the Commercial Legal team.
