JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role provides legal support to all business units in the relevant region by interacting directly with the internal stakeholders (i.e. commercial teams, tax, finance, etc.) and, when needed, with external stakeholders (i.e. external lawyers, suppliers, hotels, etc.) to help deliver on the business objectives of the company. More specifically, services includes deliveing on contracts, advising on cross-border legal implications on Strategic Projects and identify, monitoring and advising upon legal risks within the area of responsibility
