The Senior Commercial Financial Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions. The role drives business performance by providing insights into key financial metrics, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring strong financial discipline through effective planning, variance analysis, and reporting.

This position reports to the Director, Global Commercial Finance and is part of the Commercial Finance Organization within Mammotome located in Cincinnati, OH and will be onsite

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely Flash reports, forecast submissions, and actuals narratives to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain and update weekly sales forecasts, partnering closely with Sales teams to consolidate inputs, track changes, and ensure forecast alignment.
  • Support the monthly close process, including preparation of Commercial P&L reporting, accruals, journal entries, and clear variance analysis to identify key drivers.
  • Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to track spend against budgets, including monitoring events, prepayments, and accruals to ensure financial accuracy and control.
  • Develop and deliver monthly reporting packages, including margin, ASP, Bowler, and KPI reports, providing insights, identifying trends, and enabling data-driven business decisions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field with 5+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 3+ years experience OR doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years experience
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize/triage deliverables
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written) & great attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluency with SAP or comparable ERP system

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Travel expectations within this role are minimal (<10%)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with Onestream
  • Certified Public Accountant

The annual salary range for this role is $85,000-$95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
