You will be responsible for consolidating, measuring, and reporting commercial performance, as well as conducting financial modeling to support the operations of Image Guided Therapy in North America.
Your role:
- Analyzes pricing, sales data, and equipment rentals, identifying market trends, providing variance analysis, creating key performance indicators (KPIs) while collaborating with data scientists developing automated sales and pricing performance dashboards (price realization, rebates, and leased equipment KPIs).
- Assists finance and commercial operations with accurate and timely rebates, GPO/IDN fees budgeting, forecasting, and planning as well as handles all collections' inquiries regarding equipment rental charges.
- Provides financial models and analysis to support various sales initiatives, such as rebate programs and pricing strategies to work closely with sales leaders providing financial insights and recommendations on how to improve commercial performance (margin/share).
- Communicates and presents financial insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Collaborates with sales, marketing and supply chain leaders identifying potential opportunities and threats to sales growth.

- You have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling and/or relevant general analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Your skills include Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software such as Qlik, Power BI and a strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) systems with strong reporting and data visualization skills.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $85,000 to $136,000.
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $81,000 to $129,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
