- Office Operations & Vendor Coordination
· Manage office supplies, pantry, stationery, equipment, and workspace setup
· Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, cleaning, water, courier, taxi, and other monthly services
· Track office assets and ensure timely repairs or replacements
- Onboarding, Offboarding & IT Coordination
· Prepare desks, laptops, access cards, and basic setup for new hires
· Collect equipment and cards during offboarding
· Liaise with IT on simple troubleshooting and ticket follow‑ups
- Administration, Documentation & Approvals
· Support document submission, filing, and monthly admin processes
· Manage mail, courier packages, and inter‑office document flow
· Assist with routine finance/ops paperwork (requests, approvals, small purchases)
- Meeting & Event Logistics
· Arrange meeting rooms, training logistics, materials, refreshments
· Support internal engagement activities and office events
- General Support Activities
· Assist with travel arrangements, scheduling, and ad‑hoc tasks
· Provide day‑to‑day support to ensure smooth office operations
· Coordinate daily tasks and collaboration with the office maid to ensure a clean and well‑maintained workspace
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
· College graduate or higher
· 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience
· Clear and accurate communication in English
· Good organizational and coordination skills
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Responsible, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused
· Able to manage vendors, documents, and multiple small tasks independently
