About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Cold Outbound Specialist to join our Influencer Marketing Department. This role is essential to the technical management and execution of massive cold outreach campaigns (10,000–20,000+ emails per day). We're looking for someone deeply experienced in cold email operations, deliverability, and infrastructure who can ensure our emails hit the inbox, not the spam folder.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain cold email systems to reach 10k–20k leads per day
- Monitor and optimize email deliverability (open/click/reply rates)
- Warm up and manage multiple domains, inboxes, and sending infrastructure
- Identify and troubleshoot deliverability issues (e.g., spam flags, blacklists)
- Work across email platforms such as Smartlead, Quickmail, Instantly, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.
- Evaluate and integrate AI or automation tools to enhance outreach efficiency
- Support internal teams with campaign diagnostics and performance reporting
Ideal candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally focused on cold outbound
- Proven track record managing massive-scale email campaigns (10k–20k/day)
- Advanced knowledge of email infrastructure, domain warming, and DNS config
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting, analytics, and optimizing email metrics
- Experience working with a wide range of email platforms such as Smartlead, Quickmail, Instantly, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.
- Familiarity with inbox rotation, subdomains, and reply routing systems
- Strong understanding of AI-driven tools and automation workflows used to improve outreach efficiency, personalization, and deliverability at scale
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently
Compensation:
The compensation range is $1,000-$1,300 USD a month.
This role is a contracted role, candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors.
