As services experts in Greece, you will report directly to our Area Manager Service Operations - France, Benelux, DACH, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria & Africa, bring value by offering technical coatings/corrosion protection solution, advice, management, technology and training to the entire coating process.
Become the voice of our customers within the business
As part of this role, you’ll be on the ground advising customers (applications and end-users) and actively involved in looking after, supporting and developing client relationships.
Main responsibilities
You will be an ambassador for the brand and product lines by effectively communicating the features and benefits of all our products and solutions.
- Inspection and support on all aspects of our technologies, to ensure that all applications are following our product data sheets, working specifications, relevant technical and industrial standards, working procedures, and best painting/application practices
- Generate accurate technical reports on projects and distribute them in a timely manner.
- Promote our coating solutions
- Actively support internal and external services strategy activities, providing sustainable solutions.
We’re looking for a technical professional to join our team
As our ideal candidate you are able to communicate effectively to all stakeholders on a project and to demonstrate persuasiveness and assertiveness when needed.
Additionally, you should also have:
- Degree or equivalent experience" in chemistry / naval architecture would be valuable but not essential.
- Validated experience as technical service coating advisor
- FROSIO / NACE II certification required in Marine, Energy and/or infrastructure segments would be appreciated.
- Computer skills (MS programs)
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- Valid driving license.
- Written and spoken English proficient is required.
