Job Description

As a member of our Cloud Services team reporting to the Cloud Services Manager; you will contribute to our transformation from a monolithic architecture to a microservices architecture. You will support the application tier both in our private and public cloud data centers. You will help improve the reliability and delivery of our product through the use of automation and auto remediation. You will ensure issues are resolved in an efficient and sustainable manner. You will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

• Typically requires 5+ years managing web servers and infrastructure administration experience
• Proven history building automated solutions that enable resiliency and self-healing of applications
• Capability to analyze packet captures using tools such as Wireshark
• Public Cloud experience: Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services
• Experience using a variety of open source technologies and cloud services including:
• Kubernetes supporting enterprise needs: Kubernetes platforms, Docker, Spacelift
• Infrastructure/Configuration as code: Terraform, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
• Experience with Operations technologies including the following:
• Web Servers (IIS 10)
• Server Operating Systems (Windows Server, Linux)
• Strong Scripting Knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Strong understanding of IPv4/IPv6, FTP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, HTML, XML
• Strong understanding of application clustering/load balancing technologies
• Experience with the following:
• Knowledge of .Net website functionality
• Knowledge of Redis
• Knowledge of Consul
• Familiarity with monitoring services such as Elastic, PRTG, and Dynatrace
• Familiarity with Akamai content distribution network or similar services
• Familiar with OpsGenie
• Familiar with Pager Duty Process Automation
• Load balancer experience (F5 LTM, Azure Load Balancer)

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $113,600.00 - 170,400.00 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our company benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
