The Role
Total Expert is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our talented Platform Operations team and be the driving force of improvement of our infrastructure and software through automation, monitoring, performance tuning, and tool creation. The work you do will empower tens of thousands of financial services leaders to help their customers make critical financial decisions that shape their lives.
What you’ll be doing:
· Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy applications and service on AWS
· Troubleshoot incidents, identify contributing factors, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
· Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
· Promote the integration of new technologies and solutions that will increase velocity and capabilities while effectively managing costs
What we are looking for:
· 5+ years of experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platforms
· Ability to proactively find problems of an existing system/product without guidance
· Ability to breakdown and complete a project of a large scope with high-level productivity
· Ability to prioritize personal work independently while collaborating with a team
· Ability to lead a project with groups of people and lead successful meetings.
· Experience giving actionable feedback to peers, as well as providing contributions to improve the engineering team
· Experience facilitating and building relationships across other teams with ongoing projects
· Experience managing Linux servers at scale, preferably RHEL/AWS Linux
· Experience managing Operating System configurations in Cloud environments
· Experience scripting in multiple languages, preferably Python & Go
· Experience with git workflows and repository management
· RDBMS administration, preferably MySQL/MariaDB
· Passionate about building great products, innovation and solving complex customer problems.
· Solid track record of building relationships and collaborating at all levels of the organization.

Compensation/Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 annually. Final total compensation offered is dependent upon the selected individual's qualifications and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance and other factors. As an employee of the company, you will be eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan.
