Role Title: Sr. Cloud Engineer
Why This Role is Needed
Our cloud operations workload is expanding (Terraform provisioning, monitoring, patching, cost tracking, incident resolution).
Senior engineers are focused on Product Operations, Automated Builds, and Root Cause Analysis, leaving limited time for day-to-day hygiene.
The team has 24x7 availability requirements, and we need additional engineering capacity to ensure coverage without burning out senior staff.
A Junior Cloud Engineer provides hands-on IaC and operational support, ensuring environments remain stable, cost-optimized, and compliant.
This role builds a talent pipeline to reduce dependency on senior engineers for repeatable tasks.
