Own customer-facing relationships for assigned enterprise software accounts, provide technical support, troubleshoot and recreate incidents, monitor SLA and case health, manage escalations, and maintain product knowledge-base content. The role coordinates with internal teams to resolve issues and keep customers successful. Strong Portuguese and English communication, customer service, problem-solving, Excel, and software-support experience are required or preferred, with SQL and digital media experience advantageous.
