As a Senior Cloud Engineer at NVIDIA, you will develop, build, and optimize large-scale, distributed cloud infrastructure and services to support our AI, GPU, and data platforms. You will collaborate with multi-functional engineering teams to develop cloud-native solutions, automate deployments, improve monitoring/observability, and ensure the reliability and scalability of critical systems.
What you'll be doing:
Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, automated cloud infrastructure for NVIDIA cloud platforms (e.g., DGX Cloud)
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and lead Kubernetes-based services
Partner with software engineering, platform, and product teams to design and deploy cloud solutions, integrating CI/CD and GitOps practices
Analyze and optimize system performance across networking, storage, and cloud application layers
Lead cloud migration, integration, and upgrade initiatives as needed
Develop monitoring tools and instrumentation for deep observability, and respond to reliability or performance issues
Mentor junior engineers and share guidelines in cloud systems, automation, and security
What we need to see:
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and operating cloud systems (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, as well as in CI/CD tools and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
Experience with IaC, configuration management, and cloud automation frameworks
Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, networking, and database technologies
Experience with monitoring, logging, and performance optimization in cloud environments
Excellent solving, documentation, and multi-functional skills
Ways to stand out from the Crowd:
Experience with high-scale data or GPU platforms
Familiarity with cloud security and multi-cloud/hybrid environments
Background in supplying to open source or upstream cloud projects

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
